Overview
FytoPower wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or exchanges are available.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused and in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact
- The product has not been damaged by you or through your misuse
- You have not tampered with or altered the product in any way
- The refund request is submitted within the 30-day window from the original purchase date
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Partially consumed or damaged products
- Products with damaged or missing seals or tamper-evident packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Shipping costs and applicable taxes (non-refundable)
- Gift purchases (store credit or exchange may be offered)
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Us: Email refunds@fytopower.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the Product: Ship the product to the address we provide, prepaid for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). Please include your RMA number and order number with your return.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product to verify it meets refund eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection. Refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at refunds@fytopower.com with photos of the damage. We will:
- Arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Provide a full refund or replacement, at your option
- Process your refund or replacement promptly once the damaged product is inspected
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, flavor, or item:
- Submit your exchange request within 30 days of purchase
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility for non-defective exchanges (we pay for exchanges due to our error)
- Shipping costs for the replacement item are not refundable
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are issued at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Products with minor defects that do not substantially impair functionality or safety
- Pricing errors that benefit the customer at time of purchase
Subscription and Recurring Orders
For subscription or auto-replenishing orders, you may cancel future shipments at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Refunds for already-shipped items will follow the standard refund policy.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Tracking: We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return Address: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization. Shipments to any other address will not be accepted.
Refund Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we have denied your request, you may appeal by:
- Providing additional documentation or evidence supporting your claim
- Contacting us at refunds@fytopower.com
- Including your order number and RMA number
- Submitting your appeal within 14 days of our initial refund denial
We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days.
No Refunds on Advice or Recommendations
We do not offer refunds for products purchased based on staff recommendations, product descriptions, or other information if the product performs as described, even if the results differ from your expectations.
Items Lost in Transit
If an item is lost during return shipment:
- You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if you used a non-tracked shipping method
- We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for returns
- Please provide us with carrier documentation of the loss
- Refunds will be issued only after the carrier has determined the package was lost
Refund Limitations for Bulk Orders
Orders exceeding 20 units are considered bulk orders. Bulk order refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact refunds@fytopower.com for bulk order refund terms.
Final Sale Items
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, and customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or import/export duties.
Product Safety Holds
If we have reason to believe a returned product may pose a health or safety risk, we reserve the right to dispose of the product and verify eligibility before issuing a refund.
